How can I get involved?

It’s free to become a member of Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation trust and doing so is a great way of challenging the stigma and discrimination that people with mental health difficulties can sometimes face.

Members can include service users, carers, staff or local people with an interest in the trust.
