Helping People Get Better
.

How are we doing?

Knowing how well we are doing is important to our trust, so that we can continue to improve our services and keep helping people get better.

To achieve this, we continuously review how well we are doing - both within our trust on a day-to-day basis, and against yearly national targets.

On this page you'll find more information about our performance over the last year.

Foundation Trust Celebrations

Trust quality account:

‘High Quality Care for All’ highlighted the importance of measuring what we do in order to drive improvements in quality of care. As a result, all trusts are required to produce quality accounts to demonstrate how they measure quality and improvement for the coming year.

The primary purpose of quality accounts is to encourage boards to assess quality across the totality of services they offer, with an eye on continuous quality improvement. The aim of quality accounts is to assure commissioners, patients and the public that trust boards are regularly scrutinising each and every one of their services.

Annual audit letter

The Annual Audit Letter is an independent review carried out by the Audit Commission which focuses on our finances and the business side of our Trust.

It tells us how well we're managing our finances and what our financial position is for the year ahead.  It also tells us what we need to do to make sure we're performing well as a Trust.  You can read our latest Annual Audit Letters by clicking on the links below.
