If you visit any of our pilot sites – you may find our new kiosks, hand held devices or plasma screens greeting you.
We are introducing electronic devices to capture patient feedback. This feedback will be on a greater scale than ever before, and will be immediately collated, for us to use to improve services.
The equipment we use to record feedback will be computer tablets in three different screen sizes, and free standing reception kiosks. The plasma screens will be used to highlight our improvements, offer local news and note any changes to services provided.
We are hoping to learn a great deal from our six pilot sites:
Solihull Addictions SIAS
Barberry Jasmine Suite – Deaf Services
Little Bromwich STEPS programme
You will find some sites are trialling questionnaires in Urdu, Punjabi and British Sign Language. Others are using voice (audio) capture and PALS, User Voice or See Me staff to assist with comments.
