At present the number of opportunities for volunteering within the trust is extremely limited. All vacancies are currently full and we are not accepting further applications.
Staff are continually working towards identifying suitable opportunities which are advertised on http://www.do-it.org.uk/wanttovolunteer (please note that the vacancy at Mary Seacole is no longer available).
Unfortunately we are unable to offer support or guidance for work experience, student placements and work or training placements.
The Volunteer Service cannot process applications from people wishing to use their status as volunteer for study or work related assessment or observation. Volunteers are unable to undertake clinical roles. The trust’s volunteer policy and volunteer service are not applicable to unpaid work that needs to be undertaken as a mandatory part of a course or qualification. Volunteers need to be aged 18 or over.
