Confidentiality training days
The issue of confidentiality is complex. Confidence around what information can or cannot be shared freely can be low and the issues compounded if the service user does not give consent. These interactive training days aim to reflect upon these issues and introduce good practice strategies for working with service users, their families and friends.
Course tutors:
Dr Gráinne Fadden - director , Meriden Family Programme
Peter Woodhams - carer consultant, Meriden Family Programme
Gill Harrad - trust solicitor, Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust
Cost: £125 per delegate (lunch, refreshments and all course materials are included).
Confidentiality training days will be held on January 24 and February 8 at the Uffculme Centre, Queensbridge Road, Moseley, Birmingham, B13 8QY. Telephone 0121 678 2712
If you are interested in attending please contact Sam Farooq on 0121 678 2712 or email sam.farooq@bsmhft.nhs.uk
