At present the number of places for volunteer work within BSMHFT is extremely limited – staff are continually working towards identifying suitable opportunities which will be advertised on our website for people to apply. View our current events volunteer vacancy.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer support or guidance for work experience, student placements and work or training placements.
We do not provide mental health services for children.
The Volunteer Service cannot process applications from people wishing to use their status as a volunteer for study or work related assessment or observation. Volunteers are unable to undertake clinical roles. Volunteers need to be aged 18 or over. The Trust does not accept people for work experience placements.
