Birmingham and Solihull mental health services recruitment fair

Birmingham and Solihull’s first-ever regional drop-in mental health recruitment fair will take place in Hall 11 at Birmingham’s International Convention Centre between 10 am and 4pm on Thursday, 11 May.

The free event is organised by NHS Birmingham and Solihull Integrated Care Board (ICB).

The recruitment fair seeks to attract people of all ages, backgrounds and experiences who are looking for paid or voluntary opportunities in mental health services across Birmingham and Solihull.

Exhibitors at the fair will include:

• Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust
• Forward Thinking Birmingham
• Birmingham Women’s and Children’s NHS Foundation Trust, and

•  a range of Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise organisations.

The event will provide people with the opportunity to discuss job opportunities, with some job offers being made on the day.

With a number of paid and voluntary vacancies to be filled, the opportunities will range from clinical roles like nurses, occupational therapists, psychologists to administrators, support staff, healthcare assistants, estates roles, among others.
