Published: 26/11/2018

The Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and social care in England are visiting our Trust.

They want to hear the views of our service users and carers.

The CQC will be talking to service users on:
Monday 3 December 10.30am to 12 Noon
At Uffculme Centre, Queensbridge Road, Moseley B13 8QY

The CQC will be talking to carers and families on:
Wednesday 5 December 2.00pm to 3.30pm
At Uffculme Centre, Queensbridge Road, Moseley B13 8QY

The CQC want to know that services are safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led. They will be especially keen to hear your views on whether the services are well-led.

These are open meetings with refreshments and we will reimburse your travel fares, if you have needed to buy a ticket. Uffculme is on bus routes 35, 50 and 150 to Queensbridge Road - or a short walk from all Kings Heath High Street services.
