The Deputy Mayor of Solihull, Councillor Stuart Davis to join Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust for its Community Fun Day at St. Mary’s Church to help raise awareness of positive mental health.
The event is the second of a series of community fun days the Trust will host this summer. Revd Linda Granner (Priest in Charge) will open the fun day which takes place between 12pm and 5pm on Saturday 30 June at St. Mary’s Church, Hobs Meadow, Solihull B92 8PN.
There will be a host of exciting activities available for all the family, such as interactive and creative workshops, a market place, information stalls, and health and wellbeing games such as soft archery and world cup shoot out. As well as attendance by the Deputy Mayor, there will be a selection of live music including reggae band, One Love, and the Northfield Caledonia Pipes and Drums.
Admission is free with a range of hot food (including halal) and refreshments from the Trust Catering Department available to purchase on the day.
