Give someone the recognition they deserve at this year’s Quality and Excellence Awards

Published: 02/07/2018

We would like to invite our service users and their carers to nominate an individual member of staff who has made an outstanding contribution to care for this year’s Quality and Excellence Awards.

The Quality and Excellence Awards are an opportunity to recognise and reward our staff for their hard work, achievements and exceptional contributions to delivering excellent care and services across the entire Trust. The awards are in their fifth year and this year’s awards are celebrating the 70th birthday of the NHS and Windrush.

The ‘Service User and Carer Choice Award’ aims to celebrate a member of our staff who has made a difference to service user care and improved the experiences of those using the Trust’s services by going out of their way to show compassion in the care their provide. This award will be presented by our Lead Governor, Faheem Uddin.

To nominate a member of staff for this award, please click here.

If you would like a paper copy of the nomination form or if you have any queries, please contact the communications and marketing team on 0121 301 1238 or bsmhft.QandEAwards2018@nhs.net

The deadline for nominations is 12 noon Friday 7 September 2018.

The finalists will be announced shortly after this date, and the winners will be announced at the awards ceremony taking place on Wednesday 14 November 2018.
