The Mental Health Act Review service user and carer survey is now available. It is relevant to service users who have been under a mental health act section and for those caring/having cared for someone who has been on a section.
The Mental Health Act 1983 is the law in England and Wales that covers assessment, treatment and rights of people with mental ill health.
By completing the survey you will be influencing the review of how the law is used and how future practice can be improved.
The closing date for responding is 28th February 2018 and can be accessed on line here.
