Time to Talk Day - time to talk about mental health

Published: 01/02/2018

Celebrate Time to Talk Day on Thursday 1 February.

Mental health charity, Time to Change Time are encouraging us to talk about mental health anywhere; at home, at work or at the top of a mountain!

Wherever you are, any place can be the right space to talk about mental health.

We are hosting a Twitter Takeover where Akilah Duffus, See Me Worker will be live tweeting about Time to Talk Day and asking our followers how they find the time to talk about their hopes, dreams and recovery. Tweet @bsmhft to join the conversation and use #timetotalk

We are also encouraging our staff to Talk about mental health in the workplace.

Time to Talk Day is a chance for all of us to be more open about mental health – to talk, to listen, to change lives.

We would encourage you to have your conversation about mental health this Time to Talk Day.

For ideas on how you can get involved, visit the Time to Change website.
