Take good care of yourself over the Bank Holiday period by:
- Making sure you have enough medication for the holiday period.
- Planning routine GP appointments and check opening hours of your health care provider.
- Calling 111 or visiting your local pharmacist for advice if you are feeling unwell, don’t wait for the GP surgery to open again.
Customer Relations (PALS) opening times
- Our PALS service will close on Friday 2 May at 6pm and re-open on Tuesday 7 May at 8am.

All Acute and Urgent Care services are running as normal over the Easter period. Some of our other services will operate different hours to normal. Please see the table below for details:
Addictions Services | 9am – 5pm, except public holidays. |
Assertive Outreach (AOT) | 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday with the exception of weekends which will be 9am - 5pm. Solihull AOT will work 9am to 5pm throughout the Bank Holiday period. |
Birmingham Healthy Minds | Normal operating hours, closed on public holidays. |
Community Mental Health Teams | 9am - 5pm, closed on weekends and public holidays. |
Health Exchange | 9am – 5pm, closed on weekends and public holidays. |
Home Treatment Team | Open normal hours over the Bank Holiday period. |
The Juniper Centre, Reservoir Court and Ashcroft | Open normal hours (please note reception is closed on public holidays.) |
Single Point Of Access (SPOA) | 8am - 7.30pm on Friday 3 May closed at the weekend and on public holidays. |
Specialist Psychotherapies Services | Callum Lodge and The Old Coach House, Uffculme will be open until 5pm Friday 3 May and will re-open Tuesday 7 May at 8.30am. |
Office opening times over the Bank Holiday
Our Trust Headquarters will be closed from 5pm on Friday 3 May until Tuesday 7 May. On Tuesday the offices will be open from 8am.
