The video of our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is now available to watch online.
The AGM was held at the Uffculme Centre on Wednesday 17 July 2019 and was attended by staff, service users, carers and a host of partner organisations from across Birmingham and Solihull. We used the event to highlight the work we are doing to improve the quality of care across the Trust. The event was streamed live on the day and is now available to view on our YouTube channel.
The event included a number of interactive stands and workshops allowing attendees to learn about how the Trust have brought innovative ideas to life, quality improvement projects in progress and the importance of working together with service users and carers.
Roisin Fallon-Williams, Chief Executive at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, said:
“This was my first Annual General Meeting and Annual Members’ Meeting with BSMHFT as Chief Executive, and I was delighted to see so many people coming together to hear about our plans to improve the quality of care we provide, and help us to shape our plans for the future through workshops and open discussion.
“I hope many more people can learn about the work we are doing to make a positive difference to people’s lives by watching the online video of our event and also by getting involved in helping us to provide the best possible care now and in the future.”
