Take good care of yourself over the festive period by:
- making sure you have enough medication for the holiday period
- planning routine GP appointments and check operating/opening hours of your health care provider
- making sure your house is warm when there is cold weather outside
- calling 111 or visiting your local pharmacist for advice if you are feeling unwell; don’t wait for the GP surgery to open again.

- If urgent mental health help is needed you can ring 0121 262 3555 or 0800 915 9292 for advice and support. This line is available 24 hours, 7 days a week and can be used whether you are known to our services or not.
- If you are already under our care or our services and have a crisis plan you can also refer to this for support.
- Always call 999 if someone is seriously ill or injured, and their life is at risk.

Services
All Acute and Urgent Care services are running as normal over the Christmas and New Year period. Some of our other services have different operating hours. Please see the table below for details:

| Assertive Outreach (AOT) | 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday with the exception of weekends which will be 9am - 5pm. Solihull AOT will work 9am to 5pm throughout the Christmas and New Year period. |
| Birmingham Healthy Minds | Normal operating hours, closed on public holidays. |
| Community Mental Health Teams | 9am - 5pm, closed on weekends and public holidays. |
| Health Exchange | 9am - 5pm, closed on weekends and public holidays. |
| The Juniper Centre, Reservoir Court and Ashcroft | Open normal hours (please note reception is closed on public holidays.) |
| Single Point of Access (SPOA) | 8am - 7.30pm, closed on public holidays. |
| Specialist Psychotherapies Services | Both sites will be closed 24-28 December 2021.
Wednesday 29 December 2021, Coach House only will be open from 9am - 5pm. |
Customer Relations (PALS) opening times over Christmas and New Year
Customer Relations will close on Friday 24 December at 4pm. The service will operate between 8am and 4pm on Wednesday 29 December through to Friday 31 December and re open at 8am on Tuesday 4 January 2022 resuming for operational hours of 8am to 6pm.
