We'd like to welcome you to 'Unexpected Connections': our Diversity in Healthcare Event for 2015

This event will explore ways that we can talk differently about diversity in healthcare - to spot the unexpected connections between us and drive awareness, learning and appreciation to help us become outstanding healthcare practitioners.

Delegates attending can expect to:

  • Be tuned in! Improve your quality of listening and discover unexpected connections between you and other health care practitioners
     
  • Be inspired! Hear best practise from speakers both inside and outside our organisations and pick up new skills to help you communicate better around difference
     
  • Be connected! Network with other healthcare professionals and exchange learnings and ideas through interactive workshops and table top discussions
     
  • Be prepared! To participate in a challenging but safe learning environment with an appreciative enquiry style approach•Be stretched! Find out how to do something different around diversity in your workplace and go from good to great in delivering outstanding patient care.

This conference will be of particular benefit to RCN and BSMHFT staff and healthcare professionals across the West Midlands.
