Salary: £127.50 per week increasing to £150 per week after 6 months.

Following the ongoing success of our Apprenticeship recruitments, we are recruiting again to our Apprenticeship Programme. We are offering a wide range of opportunities across the Trust, including Healthcare, Pharmacy and Business Administration.
Information about the Trust Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust provides mental health care to those people living in Birmingham and Solihull.
Our Trust has over 4000 dedicated staff who are continually working to help people get better and challenge the stigma associated with mental illness. Our Trust operates from over 50 sites (across Birmingham & Solihull) in a variety of settings, from Community based Mental Health Teams through to Acute Wards and Day Centres.
Apprentice Posts Successful candidates will be expected to work in challenging and dynamic environments, but will be supported throughout their career in the Trust, and will be provided with a comprehensive induction, and ongoing training.
Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust will support you for one year to complete a Level 2 Diploma in the relevant subject area. After this, you will be equipped with the necessary skills and experience to be eligible to apply for a permanent post (subject to availability). There also may be an opportunity to study towards a Level 3 Diploma.
We are continually creating opportunities in locations across Birmingham & Solihull in a wide range of departments and clinical settings. To be successful, in any of the specialties, you will need do demonstrate enthusiasm, commitment and good communication skills. You will also be required to function at a Level One standard in Literacy and Numeracy, as a minimum requirement.
