Christmas and New Year Message 2017

Take good care of yourself over the festive period by:  

  • Making sure you have enough medication for the holiday period.
  • Planning routine GP appointments and check operating/opening hours of your   health care provider.
  • Making sure your house is warm when there is cold weather outside.
  • Calling 111 or visiting your local pharmacist for advice if you are feeling unwell, don’t wait for the GP surgery to open again.

 

Customer Relations opening times over Christmas and New Year 

Between Friday 22 December 2017 and Friday 29 December 2017 inclusive, the Customer Relations opening hours will be 8am-5pm instead of 8am-8pm. Please remember PALS are not contactable on weekends or on bank holidays (including Monday 25 December 2017,Tuesday 26 Tuesday 2017 and Monday 1 January 2018).

Office opening times over Christmas and New Year 

Our Trust’s offices will be closed from 5pm on Friday 22 December until 7am on Wednesday 27 December 2016. For New Year, the office will close at 5pm on Friday 29 December 2016 and will reopen at 7am on Tuesday 2 January 2017. Normal office hours will resume from this date.

Who to call in a crisis? 

  • NHS 111, by dialling 111 - open 24 hours 
  • Samaritans on Freephone 116 123 - open 24 hours
  • SANELINE on 0300 304 7000 - open 6pm - 11pm every day 

 

Who to call in an emergency? 

Always call 999 if someone is seriously ill or injured, and their life is at risk.
