Recovery College for All - new prospectus for our new term

Published: 22/12/2017

Recovery College for All offers a variety of free sessions designed to increase your knowledge and skills around recovery and to help you manage your mental health and wellbeing.

The new winter term runs from 29 January - 29 March 2018 and sessions are held on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between 10.30am and 4.30pm.  Service users, their carers friends and family and Trust staff are welcome to attend any of the sessions on our prospectus.

All of these sessions have been developed in collaboration with, and for, people who have been affected by mental health issues. They are delivered by tutors who have lived experience of challenges with their own mental health, carers and healthcare professionals.

More information on Recovery College for All

Recovery College for All sessions are delivered on two sites, Uffculme Centre in Moseley and the Renewal Conference Centre in Solihull. Learners are welcome to attend sessions at either venue.

Three new sessions have been added this term: Autism highlights; Tai Chi aiding recovery; and What is the value of having lived experience in recovery?

We hope that Recovery College for All will support you on your recovery journey to living a full and satisfying life, in the presence or absence of symptoms.
