Shine a light on our staff at this year's Quality and Excellence Awards

Published: 30/05/2017

Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is inviting its service users and carers to nominate an individual member of staff who has made an outstanding contribution to their care.

The Trust’s Service User and Carer award recognises someone who always shows compassion in the care they give; a member of staff who is willing to go out of their way to help improve the experience of service users and carers.

Faheem Uddin, Service User/Lead Governor, Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust said: “I know how hard our teams work to deliver a high standard of care. I know many of them go the extra mile, and make a real difference to service users, their carers’ and families. It will be a great honour to present this award to a member of our staff.”

To nominate a member of staff for this award, please click here then fill in and submit the form.

For more information, or a paper copy of the nomination form, please contact the communications and marketing team on 0121 301 1238 or QandEAwards2017@bsmhft.nhs.uk

The deadline for nominations is 12 noon Monday 24 July.

This award is part of the Trust’s annual Quality and Excellence Awards, which recognise and acknowledge the huge contribution and achievements of individuals and teams across our Trust. The Awards will take place on Wednesday 13 September.
