On Saturday 14th October a GP partnership group from Solihull are hosting a one stop event that will offer help and advice in all areas of mental health.
The event ‘Mental Health Matters; Under One Roof’ will be held at the Solihull Christadelphian Church between 10 am and 3pm. Members of the community are welcome to attend the free event which will be offer guidance on Dementia research and support, advice and support for carers of those with ill health and much more.
Bernays and White house Medical Partnership have three GP surgeries in the Solihull area and will host the event. However other mental health/community groups such as the Solihull Carers’ Centre, The Fire Service and Rethink for Carers will be in attendance. A representative from West Midlands Police will also be there on day, as well as staff from Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust’s Recovery College for All.
Refreshments will be available throughout the day.
