The Juniper Centre was designated money from the charity to allow them to purchase equipment to create a specialist activity centre and gym for the Trust's older adults service.
Initially the building was designed without these facilities, but our occupational therapists and health instructors believed a gym on the site would greatly benefit the physical and mental health of the service users there.
The cardiovascular equipment in particular has helped improve the overall fitness and wellbeing of the service users who use it.
