Our approach

95% of our students said they enjoyed learning with service users, carers and staff

Welcome to Recovery College for All. The college offers a range of sessions, which are open to our service users, their carers and families, members of our Trust and our staff.  These sessions have been developed with, and for, people who have been affected by mental health issues. Recovery College for All is built on the belief that learning together makes us stronger and supports our recovery. You don’t need any formal qualifications or experience to attend the college, just choose the sessions that interest you. Most sessions are run more than once, so select the date and time which works best for you.

Our sessions are co-delivered and co-designed by individuals who have lived experiences of challenges with their own mental health (experts by experience), healthcare professionals and carers. Ensuring quality is also important to us.  Recovery College for All is co-produced and by that we mean all sessions have been co-facilitated, co-designed and quality assured. Our Recovery College for All advisory committee oversees this process. This group is made up of service users, carers, partner representatives and staff members.

As a Trust, we are continuing to focus on the recovery journey and we hope our college will support you on your own recovery journey to living a full and satisfying life, in the presence or absence of symptoms. We hope you have an enjoyable experience.
