The WDES will follow similar processes as the WRES through a set of reports. We will then develop a series of action plans once the reports are completed to confront any trends or issues.
Aim
The aim of the WDES is to improve the experience of staff who are disabled, living with a long term condition or a mental health illness who have been marginalised and oppressed due to their in the disability. This includes employment, promotion and training opportunities.
