Over 60 attendees gathered at our Uffculme Centre today for our Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Annual Members’ Meeting.
Colleagues, service users and members of the public joined us for our annual AGM in-person to hear about our highlights during 2023/24 and our vision for the future.
Over two hours, we heard from 16 speakers who each shared details about the latest successes, exciting projects for the future and where room for improvement is required.
Speaking to a full room, Roísìn Fallon-Williams, Chief Executive said:
We have continued to make great strides in reinforcing and living our values of Compassionate, Inclusive and Committed and in doing so, we are continuing to make good progress in achieving the strategic priorities we set out in 2021.
Across the day, we reflected on several topics including equality, diversity and inclusion, quality and safety, finance, recruitment and much more.
Towards the end of the event, members of the community, colleagues and partners the opportunity to ask questions that were important to them.
A full recording of the AGM is available to watch on our Trust YouTube channel.
