Do you know of an older person who is suffering from loneliness? 1.6million people aged 65+ often feel ignored or invisible – let’s change that.

Join us on 1 October, 11am-2pm at our Silver Sunday coffee morning for older people, held at the Uffculme Centre.

Initially launched as a local campaign to tackle loneliness and isolation, Silver Sunday is now a national day where people of all generations can come together by hosting fun and free activities for older people.

It is a day where older people can make new friends, visit new places and learn new skills. We will also be showcasing some of the groups and services available to older adults in Birmingham and Solihull to improve mental health and wellbeing.

This is a free event, and attendees are more than welcome to bring a family member or carer along with them.
