our approach
Get Involved
Recovery College for All is built on the belief that learning together makes us stronger and supports our recovery. You don’t need any formal qualifications or experience to attend the college.

The college offers a range of sessions which are open to our service users, their carers and families and staff. These sessions have been developed in collaboration with, and for, people who have been affected by mental health issues.

The sessions are delivered by tutors who have lived experience of challenges with their own mental health (experts by experience), healthcare professional and carers. We hope the  college will support you on your recovery journey to living a full and satisfying life, in the presence or absence of symptoms.

As a Trust we are continuing to focus on the recovery journey. We look forward to welcoming you to one of our Recovery College for All sessions soon and hope that you enjoy your experience.
Take a look at our latest prospectus and see which sessions interest you. (See link on the right hand menu.). We are delivering sessions in Moseley and Solihull.
What is recovery?

Recovery is a journey towards mental wellbeing, and a sense of purpose and hope in life, with or without symptoms of mental illness.

Everyone’s journey of recovery is unique and personal to them. So it’s really only you who can define your own recovery journey.

We know there is no formula for recovery, but there does appear to be three things critical factors: hope; control, and; opportunity. To find out more, please click here
