Join Caring Minds for our Festive Firewalk on Monday 30 November at Moseley Hall Hospital and experience the thrill of walking barefoot across red-hot embers, all while raising vital funds for Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust Charity.

Every pound raised will help Caring Minds fund projects that make a real difference to the lives of patients, service users and colleagues across our Trust. From wellbeing spaces and therapeutic environments to innovative projects that enhance mental health care, your support helps us go beyond what NHS funding alone can provide.

No experience is necessary and full training will be provided on the evening, giving you the confidence to take on the challenge safely.
