We marked World Admin Professionals Day with an Admin Celebration Day at Uffculme Centre on Wednesday 22 April, recognising the dedication and hard work of our administrative colleagues.
In the lead-up, we visited colleagues across our sites to say thank you and gather feedback on key concerns and ideas for the new Admin Professionals Forum, which was launched at the event. More on this soon – details will be shared on BSMHFT Connect.
During the day colleagues explored a variety of stalls and took time to network and connect. They also heard from Patrick Nyarumbu MBE, Deputy Chief Executive, and Sue Bedward, Non-Executive Director, who shared inspiring career insights. Attendees also found out about development opportunities including apprenticeships and coaching.
