Patrick Nyarumbu MBE (Deputy Chief Executive) presented February’s Team of the Month certificate to our Speech and Language Therapy team. Meeting with the team, they were delighted to receive their certificate and felt proud to be recognised for their exceptional dedication, resilience and impact during a year of sustained recruitment challenges and unprecedented demand.

Despite being a small team, they ensured high‑risk service users across inpatient and specialist community services receive timely, safe, and effective care through innovative triage systems, training, and clinical leadership. Congratulations again to the team and Thank You!
