Referrals and Contact details

Usually, people are referred to our service by health professionals such as GPs. After a referral is made, the Solihull Early Intervention Service (SEIS) team will meet and assess the individual before deciding on whether SEIS is the right service for them.

Assessments are typically made by the consultant psychiatrist, specialist psychiatrist or the specialist doctor and another member of the clinical team such as a community psychiatric nurse or a psychologist.

Once the referral is accepted you can expect a letter with an appointment within two weeks.
