A new Spring/Summer menu has been introduced across several Trust sites, offering greater choice, variety and seasonal favourites for service users.
The menu is now available at Mary Seacole House, Meadowcroft, George Ward, Eden PICU, Eden Acute, Endeavour House, Endeavour Court and Reservoir Court. Developed in response to service user feedback, the refreshed offer provides a more inclusive and enjoyable dining experience.
With warmer weather ahead, the menu includes the return of ice cream, alongside an expanded range of lighter options. Service users can now choose from a wider selection of sandwiches – including gluten-free, halal, vegetarian and vegan – as well as pasta salad pots.
Each day features three to four main meal choices, ensuring consistent access to vegetarian and vegan dishes. Menus also include halal, Caribbean and Asian-inspired options, alongside allergen-free meals, offering greater cultural choice and flexibility.
The updated menu aims to enhance the overall dining experience and better reflect the diverse needs and preferences of the people we support.
