We have called upon her support many times at in our service and the service users really appreciate her calm and compassionate approach. She is always willing to assist us and I have never seen her without a smile. I imagine that she presents in such a way in all of her roles across the past few years and her positivity is so infectious it’s impossible to be negative in her presence. She presents as someone who is dependable and prepared to work outside of her comfort zone, despite the challenges that this may bring to her.”
