Our annual Values Awards are a chance to shine a spotlight on the incredible achievements of Team BSMHFT. Over the past 12 months, we’ve seen extraordinary commitment, innovation, compassion, and teamwork across our Trust. These awards are a moment to pause, reflect, and celebrate the lives we’ve changed and the challenges we’ve overcome together.

With over 500 nominations submitted, our judging panel had their work cut out. After hours of reading inspiring stories, debating, and deliberating, they’ve chosen their top three finalists in each of our ten categories. And now — we’re thrilled to reveal them!
