Older adult community services

Our older adult community services treat and care for people in the community with a wide range of mental health conditions, providing care tailored to the service users individual needs.

Our community services include:

• Memory Assessment Service (MAS)

• Admiral nursing

• Older people's community mental health team (CMHT)
  

• Community enablement and recovery teams (CERTS)
