The Community Engagement team and Patient Experience team are currently working together to develop a new mobile outreach initiative through the use of a mobile outreach bus acquired through a free asset transfer as part of a collaborative external partnership. The bus houses IT and computer facilities, internet, printer and work space. The project aims to utilise this as a means to challenge stigma in the community and provide different means of access for service users.
The idea is to develop a specific package of educational programs co-designed with users and staff, and delivered in the various Trust wide locations to accommodate and support service users across the Trust.
