Staffing data

This staffing data web page provides an outline of the Trust’s response to Hard Truths – Commitments regarding the publishing of in-patient nurse staffing data.

The staffing data will provide assurance that the Trust is providing safe care to patients. Patients and carers have a right to know how services they are paying for are being run and staff need to know that reliable support and escalation processes are in place when staffing levels and patient safety give cause for concern.

Each month, the Trust will publish and display staffing level information for each ward area across the organisation, which will also be uploaded via UNIFY onto NHS Choices as part of a national initiative for all NHS Trusts who provide in-patient services.
